Sweeping and vacuuming the floors can cause strains in lumbar rotation movements and therefore can result it lumbar herniated discs and sudden back pain.

I as a physician I don’t recommend any sports other than WALKING, RUNNING, CYCLING AND SWIMMING. The sport that you choose should be sustainable, should not bore you and can be continued as a lifestyle when you get older. Choose to exercise in outdoors, in forests, parks and seaside, with the appropriate clothing for every weather instead of gyms.
